The EOD is a rogue organisation which is establishing itself in the country of Argonath. The EOD from the naked eye is a form of SWAT organization, however the EOD's structure is more Mafia like than law enforcement, and the identity of law enforcement is simply a cloak for which to hide behind. With the cloak of being a government organization the EOD can eliminate its enemies while appearing as a legitimate organization to the police. At its core, the EOD is much like the KGB apart from the new leadership and change of structure & organisation.
